Program Overview:
9:00 AM – 9:30 AM: Registration & Welcome Coffee
Participants will sign in and receive event materials, including a schedule, safety guidelines, and a map of the day’s activities. Light refreshments will be provided.
9:30 AM – 10:00 AM: Opening Remarks & Introduction to Off-Road Navigation
The event will commence with a brief introduction to off-road navigation, emphasizing its importance in motorsports. The association’s objectives and the day’s goals will be outlined.
10:00 AM – 11:30 AM: Theoretical Session – Navigation Tools & Techniques
An expert will present on various navigation tools such as GPS devices, maps, and compasses. Techniques for route planning, reading terrain, and understanding topographical features will be discussed.
11:30 AM – 1:00 PM: Practical Demonstration – Setting Up a Navigation System
Participants will engage in a hands-on session, learning how to set up and calibrate navigation equipment. Real-life scenarios will be simulated to practice route plotting and wayfinding.
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Lunch Break
A break for participants to relax and network. Light snacks and beverages will be provided.
