Program Overview:
8:00 AM – 8:30 AM: Registration & Welcome Breakfast
Participants will register and receive event materials, including a schedule and safety guidelines. A light breakfast will be served.
8:30 AM – 9:00 AM: Opening Ceremony & Introduction to the Day’s Activities
The event will begin with a welcome speech, outlining the day’s events and emphasizing the importance of community involvement in motorsports.
9:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Guided Rally Course – Youth & Family Groups
Families and youth groups will participate in a guided rally course designed to introduce them to the basics of rally driving. Safety gear will be provided, and experienced drivers will lead the groups.
11:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Skill Challenges – Timed Slalom & Obstacle Course
Participants will engage in skill challenges, including a timed slalom and obstacle course. These activities aim to improve driving precision and control in a fun and supportive environment.
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Lunch Break
A break for participants to relax and enjoy a meal together. Light snacks and beverages will be provided.
2:00 PM – 3:30 PM: Community Discussion – The Role of Motorsports in Local Development
A panel discussion featuring local leaders and motorsport enthusiasts will explore how motorsports can contribute to community development, youth engagement, and local tourism.
3:30 PM – 4:30 PM: Awards Ceremony & Recognition
Participants who excelled in the day’s activities will be recognized with awards. All attendees will receive certificates of participation.
4:30 PM – 5:00 PM: Closing Remarks & Future Engagement Opportunities
The event will conclude with a summary of the day’s highlights and information on upcoming events and opportunities for continued involvement.
